I am very sad to post such a review here. I just wonder how they attain 4.7 rating in google reviews.May be some other teams run that hotel previously rather than current owners. Yesterday myself with two friends visited that place noon time ( we are from Aluva , Kerala ) and experience one of the most worst food experience from there. Only so I compose this utter negative review here. If any option there to review extreme negative i must do that . Here google only allow me to post after at least giving 1 star. I will come to the incident now , We order two litter toddy ( one bottle is yesterdays which is more alcoholic and another one in clay pot which they said from morning session , which is sweet and less alcoholic , together we order 3 type of fish item ( 1 Natholi fry, they call it choodan fish there ) , 3 tapioca , and 1 plate oyster roast. thats the total items we order. When the very first tasting we feel its very low quality , preserved , and cooked in used oil , used oil means that much black oil. There is nothing special nor tasty , we feel so sad because we come there after saw the 4.7 reviews and drive extra 12 from Excel glass junction Alleppy. Any we we just had it silently and sadly . and next fun is the time of billing, they ask double amount than we expected. we just ask for detailed bill . then they submit a notebook in which one page they calculate our expense. We really wonder when see this , yet we don't talk any word there Pay what they ask . Even at Ernakulam which is consider more expensive than Alleppy can server premium food at least 25% low rate than they ask.So after this incident we forgot the scene after thought about our big unfortunate day. Then the third stage , the most bitter and sad events . We all 3 have severe food infection. Heavy stomach pain , vomitting and loose motion throughout the night . we just communicate each other weather other persons have same and understood , its for we 3 . We damn sure its so unhygienic and irresponsible making and serving of food.No proper cooking to boil item , all are properly preserved , bad oil . To be frank ( don't feel bad ) My stool smell like uncooked raw fish :( . That much we suffer . We don't have any complaint to charge higher amount even its is 1000 or 10000 But serving unhealthy , non hygienic and bad food is very very intolerable. My self believe that never give any thing that feel bad for us to others. Just consider the basic humanity . We lost at least 2 days because of this body condition. We can make profit how much we want; but "manasakshi " ennoru sambhavam undu. Dont cheat on that even we may can attain a crore. I don't have no any intention to spoil there business , i don't know weather who they are , but i cant post this much here because that much we 3 suffer because of there wonderful business. Still I am wondered about that...
