Backwater resort — Hotel in Kerala

Peaceful environment in the lap of nature. It was a wonderful experience as the ambience, service , cuisine and ESPECIALLY staff all were excellent. Felt relaxed and happy during the entire stay. Nice place to have a relaxed holiday. Close to Alappuzha town centre and to the market, at the same time away from all the hustles and bustles as the property is located at the river bank. The food is also good. Affordable .We all are really Enjoyed a lot ...... Great moments ever met together. SUPERB AROGYA...

Frankly speaking, this was the worst home stay i ever had in my life. The food was so horrible. The most important thing to please a human is his food and in this place it was so pathetic.Some of the food tasted as if they brought it from some other hotels or some wear else.And also the roofing was leaky in most of the places and even in the bedroom.We had a rainy night and this happened.There was no inverter support and we slept without fan or A/C.Will never ever visit this place in my life...

Disappointing experience at this resort. The property lacked maintenance, with noticeable wear and tear. Hygiene standards were also compromised, making us question the cleanliness of the facilities. The bathroom was particularly hectic, adding to our discomfort. The service was poor, and we didn't feel safe during our stay. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this resort to others.
