I recently visited with my family Al Reem Mandi Restaurant and tried their Chicken Mandi, which was good. However, the issue arose when we asked about their Beef and Mutton Mandi options. Unfortunately, they claimed to have sold out by 8 pm.
Concern: The major concern was that they use the same rice for all types of Mandi, including Chicken, Beef, and Mutton. This could be a problem for those who avoid Chicken or prefer separate cooking processes.
Transparency: When we inquired about this, the staff openly shared their cooking process, which raised some doubts about the restaurant's approach to catering to diverse customer preferences.
Suggestion: To improve, the restaurant could consider cooking separate batches of rice for different types of Mandi to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions.
