We visited this restaurant on 28-Jan-2022 around 8.00 PM, while on the way to some other place we thought we will have some food before continuing journey.
There was a huge rush of customers while we were there and the cashier counter was flooded with people waiting to pay and leave. So we were initially impressed and thought this might be a good place.
we went to their restaurant on the first floor as there was less space to sit at the ground floor. First and foremost, the place is swamped with cockroaches! Yes, Live, healthy Cockroaches all rushing here and there, over and through you!
Second, no hygiene at all.. The waiters seemed all North east/bengali people, clearly havent had a shower in days! drooling and scratching themselves every alternate minute and those hands are what will serve you food!
Third, kitchen is pathetic. They seem to make cake there. However cakes were left in open and the ROACHES had a free pass over them.
Fourth, we ordered two quarter Al-Faham Chicken. Coming from Kochi, we had some expectations of how that should be.
let me warn you, we felt that it was fried RAT and not CHICKEN! AS if the quarter itself was divided into two again! very less portion and some powder sprinkled all over it. Hardly meat and mostly bones! we left after parting ways with 220rs hard earned money. I would have gladly given the money to them if they asked, but it felt like we were snatched and robbed and we left the hotel(if we can call that) with the same hunger we entered it with.
Its a disgusting place for people in their right senses to be and I am never ever going back there!
These people are located at the heart of the small town, and very convenient to access, so they dont have any issue in obtaining customers. I think this is why they are not at all bothered about the service or food or hygiene.
if it were upto me, I would have closed the hotel then and there for playing with people's health and life.
Finally, COVID seems a myth there and wearing masks or trying to be cautious is seen as being bonkers! these people are all aliens!! not...
ย ย ย Read moreMe and my brother recently visited a restaurant and tried their fried rice and chili chicken. Overall, the food was good and satisfying. The flavors were decent, and we enjoyed our meal. The service at the restaurant was also commendable, as the staff was attentive and efficient. One drawback we encountered was the limited parking space. It was a bit challenging to find a parking spot, especially during peak hours. It would be beneficial if the restaurant could address this issue by either expanding their parking area or providing alternative options. Additionally, we noticed that the number of tables in the restaurant was limited, which affected their capacity to accommodate more customers. It would be great if they could consider increasing the number of tables to ensure that more people can dine comfortably, especially during busy periods. Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall experience at the restaurant was positive. The good quality of the food and the attentive service outweighed the limitations. We would recommend trying their fried rice and chili chicken, but it's advisable to plan accordingly due to the limited parking and seating...
