Cafe Luuma — Restaurant in Kerala

First time visiting this cafe today, after seeing so much positive reviews. The attending guy was pleasant and nice. I ordered loaded fries, chicken lolipop, chicken burger, beef burger and prawn pops. Chicken lolipop was nice, pops had no taste of prawns, but ok. Everything else horrible. I don't know what they added to loaded fries, I even tasted turmeric, it was bad. The worst was beef burger, patty was too much undercooked ,(photo added) smell of raw meat, three or four slices of thick tomato, extremely sweet local bun. It was unpalatable. I spent 725 rs there today, I consider it as my worst spending. One time, I will never visit this place. Sorry for the harsh review, I write this immediately after eating your food and the taste is still on...

Cafe Luuma is an absolute delight! The ambiance is serene and welcoming, with beautiful wooden interiors and a relaxing vibe. I tried their chicken momos, French fries, mint lime, shakes, delicious sandwiches, falooda with ice cream — everything was fresh and flavorful. The presentation of the food, drinks and desserts was top-notch, and the flavors were well balanced. The balcony seating with views of lush greenery adds to the charm and makes it a perfect place to chill out. Service was quick and courteous. I'm thrilled to share my experience at Cafe Luuma... Though it's a new venture, they've shown utmost professionalism.... They were really polite and we customers can enjoy yummy food with a good view. The interior is designed in a classy way, so that it is the perfect option for clicking photos which we could upload on social media handles... We had dairy milk shake, avocado shake and chicken burger, it was exceptionally delicious. My personal favourite is dairy milk shake😅 Go check it out, I'm sure you'll be satisfied...
