Yesterday 05/03/2023 I have ordered one burger. 2 chicken wraps 1 jumbo burger 1 Zinger Burger The worst burger I ever ate was that day. After I ate the burger, honestly, my stomach is in trouble, and my children also have stomach pain. The chicken they used for the Zinger burger is very old. My home is near Burger Launch Ramanattukara, within 1.5 km. Even though I received a cold burger (seems to be they delivered a few hours before a prepared burger), I am humbly requesting to you all that if you are planning to buy a burger, then please don’t go for the Ramanattukara...

Have been a customer of burger lounge since few years. First time trying from their ramanatukara outlet. I tried two kinds of club sandwiches. They were good. But not upto the standards which burger lounge used to have. It's been long since I've been to one. So maybe they have cut corners across the brand. So not gonna blame this...

What we wanted from the menu was not available. More than one item from the menu was not available they said. I was looking forward to buying my first loaded fries. It was a disappointing first day experience for me. But still the food we got was tasty and crunchy...
