I visited Chef Lebanon on 17/11/24 with my friends, drawn by the charm of its name and the promise of authentic Lebanese cuisine. The ambience was delightful, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We sat at table six on the first floor, where the setup was elegant and inviting. Despite being a Sunday, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, with many tables left unoccupied.
We started our meal with mushroom soup and fattouch as starters, followed by Kibbeh with Pomegranate Sauce, Moutabbal with Meat, and a mixed grill. The soup was good and set our expectations high. Unfortunately, everything that followed was a letdown.
For a restaurant claiming to serve authentic Lebanese cuisine, the absence of traditional Lebanese bread was disappointing. Instead, they served standard tandoori roti, which was cold and felt out of place with the dishes. The pomegranate sauce for the kibbeh and fattouch was excessively sour, making it difficult to enjoy. The Moutabbal was overwhelmingly smoky, and the mixed grill, though served unusually quickly, arrived cold.
The dishware was the only visually appealing aspect, but of course, you can’t eat that! A signature restaurant should prioritize serving authentic, high-quality dishes, and this experience failed to deliver on that promise.
While the staff did ask for feedback and apologized for the shortcomings, it didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. Dining satisfaction comes from the quality of food, not just apologies.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a true taste of authentic Arabic cuisine. Chef Lebanon, unfortunately, did not live up...
Read moreChef Lebanon India is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the aroma of freshly grilled meats and warm spices that immediately transport you to the streets of Beirut.
The menu is rich with Lebanese classics, and what truly stands out is their attention to quality and flavor. The Chicken Shawarma is the star of the show—tender, well-marinated meat wrapped in soft pita bread, complemented by garlic sauce and fresh veggies. It's not just food, it's an experience. The Falafel Wrap is equally impressive: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of earthy flavor.
We also tried the Hummus with Pita, and it was incredibly smooth and creamy, with just the right touch of lemon and tahini. It's clear that everything is prepared fresh and with care. The grilled platters are another highlight—perfectly cooked meat served with fragrant rice and crunchy salad.
What adds to the experience is the warm hospitality of the staff. They're polite, helpful, and quick with service, making you feel welcome whether you're dining in or taking food to go. The place is clean and well-maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that makes it perfect for both solo meals and outings with friends or family.
Chef Lebanon India strikes a fine balance between authenticity and innovation. While the dishes stay true to Lebanese roots, they also appeal to the Indian palate without losing their identity.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Lebanese cuisine or simply enjoy a satisfying,...

Nice and fine atmosphere..
We ordered chicken ceaser salad, creamy chicken pasta, mixed grill, chicken wings, special liver fry, chicken biriyani.
After few minutes of ordering a service staff came by simple walking and he just put a plate of food on the table and told this is special liver fry. I just get shocked. Nice menu, good and luxurious atmosphere.. But service not upto rest all. I expects they will serve the food since we are 5 persons in the table. Even they didnt ask should they serve.
Any how, rest all food came.. We all like the creamy pasta even though little salty.
Chicken ceasor salad also very good and yummy..
Chicken biriyani is exceptional... Very tasty.. Very aromatic.. Yummy.. I recommends all of you must try chicken biriyani.. Or any biriyani.. We can see the saffron milk added on top.. Nice chicken masala.. Topped with onion fry n badam.. While writing this also my mouth is water filled.
