Pizza Ricotta Kottakkal — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently visited Pizza Ricotta in Kottakkal and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the enticing promotions I had seen on social media, particularly the 50% discount for birthdays, I was disappointed with the service I received.

I had confirmed with the staff before placing my order that the birthday offer was still valid. However, when I received the bill, there was no deduction for the promised discount. The staff informed me that they were unable to make any changes as the bill had already been generated. This lack of communication and failure to honor the offer was disheartening.

I was not informed that the birthday offer was exclusively valid for takeout orders, which would have influenced my decision. The lack of clarity surrounding the promotion and the staff's failure to adequately communicate the terms and conditions was disappointing.

I kindly request that Pizza Ricotta reviews the circumstances surrounding my visit and takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. Honoring the original offer and applying the 50% discount retroactively would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I hope they improve their staff's communication skills to prevent such discrepancies in the future.

Pizza Ricotta is one among the stores having their outlets throughout Kerala. Kottakkal outlet is situated near NH in changuvetty.Easily accessible by road.

The outlet is small ,inside space is less,there is no seperate parking facility is available,

Full time music is present which make us more pleasant . The interior works are great which give a good ambience&a classic look. The shop is having Air conditioner,which make us cool.The workers are good behaving

There was an offer related to world food day , large pizzas were given in half of it's price, at that time there was a big queue a waiting time of more than 1 hr was taken

Pizza Ricotta 🍕 is one of the brand chain in Pizza in Kerala. It's Kottakkal branch is located near National Highway at Chenguvetty. Showroom interior is classy and gives a premium outlook. There weren't much person inside when i entered there at evening. I ordered supreme pizza as a takeway. Packing of parcel was good. They also home deliver to nearby locations. Supreme pizza small portions costs Rs. 320. Price is not reasonable as it is not that much worth. Topings wasn't that much there. Taste was it was only ordinary.
