Cheng Chopsticks — Restaurant in Kerala

Ordering last three years through Swiggy or Zomato.

Today ordered Hunan Chicken Gravy. We were told multiple times earlier the restaurant serves only boneless dishes and indded we always got boneless and never bone-in. Also taste was excellent...till today!.

Today shocked to find most of the pieces were bone-in and that waste pieces with hardly any flesh. The few bonless pieces it was clear that the chicken was undercooked.

Don't know whether this was "specially for Zomato". Unable to reach restaurant either through Zomato or Google (same number).Says incoming call not allowed

Anyway ...you have LOST a loyal customer. There is something called business ethics. And I don't have to wate my precious money on undercooked tasteless dish of mostly chicken bones.

This small restaurant in Aluva has got better ambience than the big name restaurants I've been to in Goa 😀 The red theme showcased here depicting the Chinese culture often overpowers your senses. I think it's about time Aluva has had a proper Chinese restaurant (Trust me, the ones who sell butter chicken alongwith fried rice ain't Chinese 😂)

They do have Chopsticks 🥢 for showing off your skills like my bro loves to do 😏 I asked for American Chopsouey which is pretty much what they served, complete with a bullseye egg. It was not the best I've had but definitely not bad.

Had an awsome lunch from your restaurant.The thai fried rice was very nice and it was presented beautifully.But one place you were lacking is drinking water.I hope you aware that providing complimentary drinking water is a basic right of the customer.When we asked your manager for water he said there is no water available if you want you can take the packaged water but we will charge for it. I dont have any hesitation to spare 20 bucks over there for drinking water if there is a choice for normal water and packaged drinking water.If you dont have water available please let us know before ordering atleast we can...
