Sorry to say this , I had a disappointing experience at this place due to the judgmental attitude of some staff members. After a long flight from Australia, I was exhausted and dressed casually when I stopped by to order some food for my toddler, who was extremely hungry. He eagerly started eating as soon as we got the food, which is completely normal for a hungry child.

When I asked for a takeaway bag, a polite young lady at the counter kindly provided one. However, a male staff member, who seemed to be a manager, reacted negatively, mumbling something about why she gave me a bag, implying that I couldn’t afford to pay for it. At the time, I wasn’t even aware that there was a charge for the bag, but I would have gladly paid for it if needed. His expression and attitude felt discriminatory and disrespectful.

Pathetic service - Chicking may have grown to 180 locations and 28 countries, but they serve food to their customers like their slaves.

Just a profit motive restaurant, They cut short menus. King Meal -k1 -k3 (Dont get fooled)

This will be the last visit to chicking.

-No free drinking water : Asking water to waiter is like a shameful act

-No toilet for customers

-They don’t serve as per menu. When questioned they reply it’s old menu.

Chicking is really the most popular fried chicken joint in the state. I dont know the sales figures, but I'd think they do beat KFC here. I love the spices that go into the chicken. I dont know if they do a buttermilk marinate but I guess that would help the chicken stay juicer and help make the meat tender becuase the chicken felt a little dry. The chicken feels well dusted and has a solid crust. But it feels like it's a little too oily. It really tires you out when you eat it which I hate. Shouldnt the goal be to keep you devouring chicken piece after chicken piece not to get you feeling overwhelmed? I do love the marinate and I do feel like theres a lot of potential. Just needs a...
