2nd time faced the same issue with service.The first time went with family for lunch and got cold gooey soup what they called a cream of mushroom and chicken lolipop that was ice cold on the inside.orders were mixed up didn't get the food on time the restaurant wasnt busy too at that time,all the other tables got their order and we just waited.

Had thought of not visiting again but we eventually gave them a chance and they where all polite and service was just okey. Again went there for dinner on this day and we ordered soup; again which was cold, their team said the resturant is packed full,understandable but not my concern thats what restaurants do. My wife ordered a dish which came on time with some other thing which we didn't order took that away and told my part of the order have been misplaced and mind you i am veg, after maybe 3 or 4 person came and asked me about of my dish then 15mins later or so they bought out my dish which i was happy to see at last but only to know they bought a nonveg. So pathetic service from their part. Should i be giving then a third chance ??
