Horrible service!!! Unprofessional and Rude behaviour by the staff Let me start by saying their pastries and coffee are too good and I’ve been a fan of their cappuccinos ,now coming to their service ,I reached the cafe yesterday afternoon and as a part of usual basic etiquette I asked at the counter if I could sit in their outdoor seating area to which they agreed and took my seat , now things starts to get weird as soon as my coffee arrives on my table. 2 minutes pass by and there comes one of their staff asking me if I could go sit inside because apparently there were some other customers who wanted to sit in the outdoor area - I politely denied for obvious reasons. Now comes another guy after 5 minutes - I again denied. and now the THIRD TIME!!!, comes another guy after few minutes who was earlier at the counter asking me if I finished my order ,. I don’t understand what’s wrong with them! Were they expecting me to gulp the coffee in one sip...

Planet cafe is just like our Second Home when we are at perinthalmanna during our vacations. They serve good food with best quality and great service.

Cafe situated at Perinthalmanna. We had a good time from there. They have seating inside as well as outdoor, Good place to have a visit. A bit highly priced as compared to the local shops around. But the brand and taste speaks it all. The pastries are just more than awesome.
