I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel and felt compelled to leave a review to warn others. My colleagues and I have been regular customers of this hotel especially for team lunch as this is the closest one to our office. However, our recent experience was too worse.
We were looking to book a hall for an team event and were shocked to find out that the manager bargained very cheeply about the rates. Despite being regular customers, we were told that we would have to pay higher rates for food as well as hall without any discount or concessions. We spoke several times and each time they increased the rates and also reduced the facilities.we were forced to reduce the quantity of food and then the manager told us they would switch off the ACs if we reduced the quantity of food.
To make matters worse, the staff we spoke to were incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed to have little interest in helping us and were almost hostile in their attitude towards us. We were shocked and upset by their behavior, especially when they told us that we neednt organise team lunches with the hotel anymore.

As a regular customer of the hotel, I recently booked their hall for an event. To my dismay, they charged extremely high rates for the hall booking, which was already a red flag for me.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff spoke rudely to me and my guests. When we expressed our concern about the exorbitant pricing, they were unresponsive and unwilling to negotiate. In fact, they even threatened to turn off the ACs if we ordered a reduced quantity of food, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing and left a sour taste in our mouths. As a result, we informed the hotel that we would not be visiting again, and they were completely indifferent to our feedback.
I would advise anyone considering booking with [Hotel Name] to think twice before doing so, as their high prices and disrespectful behavior towards customers are not worth it. Read moreI had visited the restaurant today with my family for lunch. We were directed to the first floor, where we found a huge crowd standing in the dining area. Unlike other hotels there was no manager at the entrance to guide the people. We somehow managed to find a table and after 15 mins a lady came to take our order. Even drinking water was only provided after we called a supplier. After 30mins of waiting we had to approach the lady again to get part of our order supplied. The thali with side dishes were placed on our table after which we again had to approach the reception to have our rice supplied. The staff were least interested in taking/serving the order. Their demeanor was as if everyone had come for a free lunch. Once the order was delivered, the suppliers didnt turn up to check whether we needed anything further. The enthusiasm they showed in preparing the bill/collecting the payment far outweighed the interest they showed in providing proper service.
