18/02/2024 My recent visit to Eat and Drink was incredibly disappointing. Despite ordering specific items, the service was abysmal. We waited for nearly 20 minutes before any food arrived, and when it did, it was not what we ordered. Instead of the Greek salad, we were served a generic green salad, and the vegetarian in our group received chicken soup instead of the requested vegetable soup. It was clear that our dietary preferences were not taken into consideration.

Furthermore, the food itself was mediocre at best. The dishes lacked flavor and arrived lukewarm, indicating poor attention to detail in the kitchen. To make matters worse, the starters were brought out in the middle of our meal, disrupting the flow of our lunch.

The service staff were unprofessional and inattentive. Several items were missing from our order, and when brought to their attention, they seemed indifferent to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, the lack of proper facilities, such as water for washing, only added to the overall poor experience.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The subpar service, mediocre food quality, and disregard for customer preferences make it a place to avoid...

The dinning experience used to be great but now it's getting unsatisfactory. The service has become much worse as well yesterday we were at this place and it took them more than 15 minutes to notice us, they took another 10 to clean the table which was pent up with plates of leftovers. That wasn't a problem for me even though the lady staff neglected us on purpose because of we told her to change the mixed up order that she had served on the previous time we dined there (without any mistakes from our side). When we asked for some hot water and they repeatedly served us normal water with oil residue. Some of the staff such as Nomis and Bestin were pleasent and helpful . The wash area were grubby and messed up, waste bins filled with tissues and the restaurant only has two toilets, one for men and one for women, both consistently dirty and foul-smelling and during our last visit, we also encountered a broken health faucet (bidet). We were a regular coustomer, at this place for more than two years, back then it used to be one of the best at Changanasherry, but there hospitality and services are getting...

I’ve been to Eat and Drink several times in the past and always enjoyed my experience, but my recent visit was a bit disappointing. Previously, the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, but now they’ve limited their menu to only a few specific options, which felt quite uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to see the menu become so restricted, especially when I was used to having more choices.

On top of that, the prices have significantly increased, and unfortunately, the taste of the food didn’t meet the standard I was expecting for the higher price. While the quality used to be great, this time, the food felt lackluster and not as flavorful as before. It seems like the restaurant may be focusing more on profits than maintaining the quality and variety that initially made it a favorite.

While the service and ambiance remain nice, the overall dining experience has definitely changed, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon unless they reconsider the menu options and pricing. It’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed fall short in...
