DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Food:- Fried rice was more like plain rice with bits of finely chopped celery and egg here and there... It was TASTELESS Noodles was half ok and dry The curries were awful.. hot garlic chicken was not spicy had some birthday garlic slices and the quantity was very less for ₹280. We ordered a lemon pepper mushroom which was just lemony and weird. Oh the soup that came first was tasty but the soups lack quantity and was just above ½ a bowl each (i checked every bowl).. based on the soup, thinking the food would be good..we ordered food but it was a disastrous new years dinner.. I regret going there and I'm not going there again.
Service :- we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and then another 5 mins for the menu to arrive.. a waitress had an expression that looked like why are you here?? (Honest reaction) When the soup arrived and I pointed out about the less quantity to another waitress, she didn't even speak to her manager or the kitchen she just said I'll tell them and left.. no responsibility taken by anyone.. staff were clueless and panicked waitressing could be seen around.. on our way out Swiggy and zomato delivery staff were agitated about delays and orders being cancelled..
Ambience:- 10 minutes for acknowledgement 5 minutes for the menu to come and after we ordered the food and 15 or so minutes later a guy picks up a mic and starts announcing that there is a 30 minute delay in food and everyone should co-operate and someone is going to sing a song for the people in the restaurant while they wait... We were stuck, food was ordered and we had our soups and now we have to wait another half hour?? Hearing this 2 families who just arrived left their tables ran for their lives.. another guy who came with his family started asking for the order to be cancelled or something and from his body language he wanted to leave.. so we wait for the singer and no singer came.. no food no song and we're waiting...
Overall I thank emarti for ruining my 2024 last dinner and taking my money which they don't deserve.. I'm NEVER COMING THERE AGAIN.. BTW I used to come there once a month...

Read moreThis restaurant on the Thrissur–Irinjalakuda route comes highly recommended, and we decided to try a mix of starters and mains. For starters, we had Kung Pao Chicken, Red Chilli Beef, and soup as Hotpot Chicken and Seafood. For the main course, we tried Nool Parotta, Schezwan and Dragon Fried Rice, Kuttanadan Beef, and Mughlai Murgh Musallam. Among these, the highlights were the Red Chilli Beef, Nool Parotta, Fried Rice, and Mughlai Murgh Musallam, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
One thing to keep in mind is the portion size. Although the waiter explained and recommended dishes, the quantity turned out to be far too much for five people. This is a common issue these days when trying unfamiliar dishes with fancy names. We often don’t know what to expect in terms of preparation style, portion size, or richness. We would strongly recommend checking the portion details in advance, or even doing a quick online search about the dish and its typical recipe if you are unsure. After all, we are the ones paying the bill, and the menu is slightly on the expensive side.
On the plus side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean, offers prompt and efficient service, and has a pleasant ambiance with ample parking space. We visited in the evening, and it wasn’t crowded, so seating was...
