I recently had the opportunity to visit Fruit Bae in Thodupuzha, and unfortunately, my personal experience was quite disappointing. The service and overall quality of the fruit meal fell short of my expectations.

Firstly, the delivery time was significantly delayed. It took an excessive half an hour for my order to arrive, which is far from acceptable considering the nature of the business. Promptness is crucial, especially when customers are looking for a quick and healthy meal option.

Additionally, I found the prices at Fruit Bae to be above the standard market rate for similar offerings. Considering the quantity of the fruit meal, it felt overpriced. The value for money aspect was lacking, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall purchase.

Moreover, the quantity of the fruit meal provided was surprisingly small. I expected a substantial portion of fresh fruits, but unfortunately, the serving size was inadequate. This left me feeling disappointed and unsatiated after consuming the meal.

In terms of customer service, I found it to be lacking. The staff did not exhibit a welcoming or attentive attitude, and there was a lack of proper communication throughout the experience. It would have been beneficial for them to address any concerns or inquiries promptly, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Overall, my visit to Fruit Bae in Thodupuzha was a letdown. The delayed delivery, high prices, small quantity, and lackluster customer service collectively contributed to my dissatisfaction. I used to really enjoy the Coffee Hazelnut Shake from Fruitbae — it was one of my favorites. In fact, over the past week alone, I ordered it 5 or 6 times. However, my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing.

The second last order tasted nothing like what it's supposed to be — it was just bland, cold milk with no trace of hazelnut, no sweetness, and not even a hint of coffee. Then came the last order, which was even worse. There was an odd, unpleasant aftertaste, almost as if one of the ingredients had gone bad. It was undrinkable, and we had to throw it away.

What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time it has happened. When I order regularly, the first few times are great — and then the quality suddenly drops off.
