Chinnus hotel is a family friendly hotel located at Kesavadasapuram junction, opposite to the bus stop to Mannanthala/Vattappara direction. They have ample parking space. They also have a main dining hall in the ground floor and a family dining hall in the first floor. In addition in the first floor they have another a/c dining area also. The service is good and fast. They serve vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Breakfast has idli, dosa, appam and.othwr dishes. Lunch has vegetarian meals and meals with fish curry. In addition they have veg and chicken biriyani also. Their fish dishes are specially good. For dinner you get porotta, chappathi, noodles etc with lots.of choices for chicken, beef and veg dishes both kerala and north indian style. I had an amazing dining experience at Hotel chinnus. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chinnu's Restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff treated customers differently. They were rude and careless while serving us, making the entire dining experience unpleasant.

The restaurant's time management was terrible. It took them a long time to serve our food, and when it finally arrived, it was neither hot nor tasty. The food quality was below average, making it feel like a complete waste of money.

Hygiene was another major issue. The plates provided were not clean, and the washbasin had leftover food waste, which was quite off-putting. However, the only positive aspect was that the washroom was well maintained.
