I recently visited Restaurant Rajani in Angatipuram, and it was quite a disappointing experience. The food had no proper taste, and even the tea and coffee were like lukewarm water. Tried their ghee dosa along with tea and coffee. The dosas were impressively crisp, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of ghee, not overly greasy like in many other places. I would request everyone to have at least once from Rajani Hotel. Authentic taste of kerala. I had Dosa with side dishes. The taste of food is beyond my words.
