If you are concerned about service and hospitality extended to you in a restaurant, equally important as the dish you are served there, then definitely this restaurant is a big NO. If you don't believe my words, look at the critical reviews.

Maybe for the vantage point this restaurant is situated, or maybe for the parking space availability, this restaurant has got the rating and name it currently enjoys among the peers in its surroundings.

We were two families with kids, when we went there in a hurry to have our breakfast in the normal breakfast time. Inasmuch as we had other important appointments and we were in a hurry, we told them to serve us anything readily available. Then the waiter began to give his gyan - 'we begin to prepare everything only after we receive orders as we always serve the food in piping hot and fresh'. Left with no other option we waited for 20 mins to get 'appam'. We finished it and ordered some more appam and VOILA! THIS TIME IT WAS SERVED IN A JIFFY. Maybe this time we were not served fresh food.

Everyone here knows that in rush breakfast hours common items like dosa and appam will be immediately available to be served. Don't make a fool out of your customers
