Indian Coffee House — Restaurant in Kerala

Indian Coffee House is a chain of restaurants managed by a society functional under the Govt. of Kerala. The short name ICH is given to identify these restaurants, which keeps all the menu and food items the same wherever we go inside Kerala. Their coffee is the best to sip into, and the restaurant is kept clean and well managed. Due to the brand name, ICH, the crowd control is difficult here, but the service is done perfectly. ✔️ The coffee house that I have visited is located inside Kariyavattom campus, nearby the main gate and SBI branch. The place is full of university students and staffs. They do have ample parking space and the food served is clean and good quantity. Snacks, juices, hote beverages etc. are available. This ICH needs a lot of upgrade in its quality of food. The chilly chicken was a mess . It tasted like chilly water chicken. No sauces no capsicum no thickness . Complained and they admitted and reduced in bill. Parotta was not upto the usual quality of other ich . The masala dosa was below standards. They really have to look into this beetroot for everything policy. It's getting boring and esp if it's seen with skin . The only saving grace and why 2 star is given .is for ample parking space, good clean seating place and their great POORI . The vegetable cutlet also..is ok. Chicken cutlet was not upto mark . Suggestion..stick with poori bajji. No chicken dishes .. and better for them to say aomethings are not available rather than trying to make something and naming it whatever...
