I literally not going to suggest this restaurant in any ways to anyone...(please don't go if you are so hungry and needed good food(unspoiled)).Especially Kizhi porota . Listing fast notes here: Ratings below as there was no star option Zero hotel etiquette Zero hygiene Zero service Zero responsibility

1.) There was no water server neither asked. 2.) How are we supposed to eat without having plates and spoon.(image added) 3.) We went and asked water and served was served for 4 out of 6 ppl only. 4.) Got soup which was ordered took 40 minutes to reach our table. 5.) Served spoiled kizhi porota(beef meat). 6.) Asked for sugar coz of hot and spicy soup and never delivered. 7.) Packet sauce was served cut open.(not sure how it was opened) 8.) Super dry porota which we cannot even have a bite as it was heated unlimited times. 9.) The chef has no idea how to cook kizhi porota.(never trust the menu- if you know dish ask before you order) 10.) Gave a stand full of cutlery placed in a bamboo stand which was literally spoiled and mold inside those. 11.) Have to undergo another set of plate cleaning. A bit explaining. After travelling long we reached at this spot at 08:15pm and the restaurant seems to be full. We waited almost 40-45 minutes to get a table.(was told 15-20 minutes by the man tagged as Manager).

There was no basic restaurant etiquette followed.

Expecting a good food at the night after waiting for ~2 hours for dinner. And few of u have to leave the restaurant empty stomach because of spoiled and unhygienic food.

We had to ask to take out the spoiled food out of the bill. Hope atleat the restaurant should take those out as the food was kept as it is.

I have been to this restaurant many times since it has started , Due to covid there has been a very steady downfall in the visitors , now when i go here i hardly find anyone specially in weekdays . Although they have more orders online and through zomato . Till a year ago this restaurant was doing very good , now i think its not that vibrant , food although is good but they have reduced the menus and due to less crowd and even less staff service is also slow , but still i come here only for fish dishes , not so good in prawns items bcos in palakkad you dont get good prawns but their fish items are still decent compared to others , their soups specially nadan soups are very good . I cant say anything about their chicken and other items since i never eat chicken and other stuff here . Overall its a great restaurant which was being doing very good in past and i hope it comes back again to its best again as before . Some observation from my side for improvement Staff are very less and they are hardworking but they seem to be running here and there so feel sory for them but service is also getting late Speciality of kadal is seafood and few times i had other items like chicken and beaf dishes i did not like , so either concentrate on seafood only or if you are serving other items then make it as better than your seafood items . Washroom need some quick maintenance , little bit cleaner with good handwash is must and...

This seafood restaurant is simply fantastic! I had a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to share it with others.

The crab soup and beef putt were absolutely awesome! The flavors were on point, and they left me wanting more. The prawns biriyani was definitely worth every penny, and I was impressed by the generous portions and the delightful blend of spices.
