Beware of their fraudulent billing. I ordered for classic zinger burger box. At the time of ordering he asked "meal or not". I replied meal, because its a meal with a classic zinger buger, 2 wings, pepsi fries. I also added him "two hundred rupees meal" he said ok and charged 302. Including tax. When the food came there was no wings , first I thought it will be a mistake, but when I asked him he said, i ordered for classic zinger burger only and made it a meal. Technically he was correct, but at the time of order I said him the meal with approx 200 something rupees, he understood also because if were ordering only burger it will below 200, and there were no meal full price written on it. They are marking it as add on. Then he put the mistake on me. I didn't argue with him, instead I asked to please change the order. He said for additional wings i need to pay extra. This is their billing policy and computer system. Also said "many customers have such confusions while ordering". If he knew already then why he didnt clear it at the time of billing. He can ask with wings or not. Now they got two wings less with same price charged or else if Im ordering for two wings they will charge a good price. Its not the false of kfc, its such idiots making the kfc brand name like this. Record a video while ordering in kfc perinthelmanna. Clear it very well, if they arguing show the video to them...

This outlet will spoil the reputation of KFC. I have been to many KFC outlets several times when I was in Bangalore. I visited here expecting the same taste, service and the atmosphere. There were many items displayed and I decided to order chicken longer burger with cost ₹99. But, they said it is not available and available burger is of ₹199. That is wierd. I asked them to take that. Then said lettuce is not available. Frustrating again. I said ok as I entered there to have something. They asked to wait 15 minutes and I was looking to my watch. There were insects flying and some were on the floor too. Also, water was dripping from the AC which is on the roof. After 15 minutes also, I was not getting the food and I went and asked for it and the staff was staring at me 😡. They asked to wait some more time and called when it is ready I was surprised to see the ₹199 burger which had to bun with normal size, with a piece of fried chicken and mayonnaise inside

Then I understood why ₹99 burger was not available there. If the quality and quantity of ₹199 burger is this, how will they make ₹99 burger !!!

Anyways, It was my 1st and final visit of KFC perinthalmanna and I don't recommend this...
