KR Bakes And Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Food is good as in other branches of K R bakes but the customer service is very very bad..the staffs in restaurant section treat customers (especially students and non Maldivian customers) as if they’re having food for free. Have experienced this several times and won’t be going there again as of today’s experience. We bought a cake from KR and to celebrate our friend’s birthday and the staffs and the cashier were asking us to go out and celebrate when the birthday guy came and ruined the celebration. Even before cutting cake they want us to order food and we were waiting to cut cake until they took our order. We used to order all the cakes for our birthdays and other programs from there only and today’s experience was worse. So sad that the birthday was ruined. Our whole batch won’t be going there again. I've had consistently poor experiences at the KR bakes Ponekkara, Kochi location due to subpar customer service. The staff often seem unfamiliar with their own menu, and their communication skills are lacking. Despite the potential for polite interaction, they fail to deliver. The attitude and behavior of the staff are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the K R Bakers brand as a whole. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to friends or colleagues due to the service issues. It appears that even the owner struggles with addressing issues professionally. It's a comparatively more cleaner place near hospital. But when compared with other places nearby, the food and service are not up to the mark to charge the high amount they're taking. Food quality and hospitality service are not worth at all for the money. I was charged 19 for tea, 30 for lemonade when these are available in better quality and taste elsewhere for 30% lesser money.

Reply to the owner: Unfortunately I didn't see or feel any high-quality ingredients. In fact, food and service qualities are far lesser than same item available elsewhere for lesser money. Well, I hope this comment will be taken in a positive sense and improve overall quality to justify the price...
