Kubaba Food Park — Restaurant in Kerala

The Kubaba Food park the name itself is clear it’s a good restaurant but the staff’s behaviour is really disappointing…. Recently I ordered food from them just 2kms away was my home they said they would provide delivery of the food as per their instructions I made the payment for the food of an amount 240 via google pay got my food within 40…45mins after all this even after having my food finished just past 10.45 there call comes to my wife’s number regarding that was the payment for the food made or not… My question without getting confirmation of the money how can they send the delivery… Staff’s approach for this concern was really hectic it was past 10.30 we were sleeping and then this call from them for the money… My question to them is do they call every customer at night asking for the money.. They have lots of money transactions and so they call all the customers about this confirmation..nd when asking the same they were getting hyped and changing the topic from money to that I didn’t not like them calling because this is my wife’s number that was so inappropriate of them instead of apologising for their mistake they were arguing with me and shouting at me for saying this reason… First of all they don’t how important is a customers review if one customer post a bad review about them it’s affecting thier business but they have no value for a customer review neither a proper way to talk to customer and plus when and how to approach a customer regarding any money or payment issues… My experience was really really bad if I had to give a 0 Star ⭐️ for their customer service I’ll definitely give them for this unmannered...

Last Ramadan time I went there with family around 5.30 pm the restoration was open and the outside counter was busy with customers . Once I try to open the door some staff from inside show some hand signal like go away or like get out . I was really shocked it was my first experience from a restaurant. I sow one more family coming out from there they too faced the same . Nobody explained anything .

Then aslo yesterday I went there for dinner because the reviews are superb about it . Waiter take the order for two after sometime he came with the food and two plates then keep all on table and left as it is , he didn't even set the plate or serve the food or water. Once I finished I was about to order some more that I was already indemate at the beginning but he sow as also didn't come to us . So I called him again and order it . Why I say this is at the time of bill he stayed with us about five minutes that you can guss it .

My food was peri peri alfaham , butter naan , butter culcha , porotta and paneer butter masala

Peri peri alfaham was not up to the mark the masala was just like row it's was not cotted and prepared properly , Almiya was far better

Butter naan was too small in quantity and I didn't find any butter taste

Butter culcha it was just naan with coriander leaves topping Both was priced rs 45+ tax but it's not worth it

Paneer butter was a good choice the paneer was too juicy ans tasty but it was too sweet

Porotta I didn't feel anything special it's like normal with too dark in colour

The ambiance was too noisy

Overall food is ok but not like super as in reviews Service for me it was too bad Ambiance...

It was good restaurant when it opened. But gradually decreased there service and food taste. Now a days there food are ok, but there service is below average. I think they give more important to take away and delivery, less attention to Dine in customers. Hope they will clarify it.

• When I write about my experience in the restaurant, the owner replied that I'm deliberately degrading there firm. First of all as I said I can't find the same taste of food from the opening time. It was superb when the shop opens. But now variations has been happened. But it's ok as I said in my first review. But now there service is below average, even in the recent dine in. We ordered mandhi through phone call 15 minutes prior. When we get there no one is giving attention to us. We some how called a service boy and said about our order, he gone to kitchen to enquire about it and can't find him around another 5-10 minutes. when he returned and said it will take some time. At that time we said it's pre ordered, he said can't help it. Then we spoke to a supervisor like guy, he said lack of staff is causing this scenario. We have to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. At that time we lost our mood to have the food. It's not customer concern to check the staff number and other things. It's the management thing. They have to inform us early that, they having a shortage of staff so food orders take time, service will be delayed. Then we can decide whether to dine in there or not. To the management and owner, I have no idea to degrade your restaurant with false acquisition. I shared my experience here. U can accept it...
