I have experienced one of the worst cake order in my life. I am very much disappointed with the London Bakes. On June 10th i have pre-ordered cake for my son's 1st birthday on June 11th. On 10th i have almost an hour discussion with the London backers regarding cake design , cake flavour , cake color, delivery time etc and during the conversation they assured that the cake will get in a way you have ordered in a perfect manner. On 11th evening i was busy with B'Day decoration in my home and I have sent my cousine to collect the same. When they bring the cake not only me all my other family got surprised as the cake was not cover and is provided openly and the color i have ordered was not the same. Also, i have paid ₹3300 for 2.5 kg cake with butter scotch flavour which should have slight yellow shade. But the received one was just an ordinary white forest with no shades. I received the cake just 15min before the B'Day celebration and I don't have any other option accept using the same cake for cutting. Also, as it was not packed correctly there was one small lion doll it already fall down and anyhow we manage to put that back in the position. I can say if I purchase the cake from somewhere else might be i wil not get my selection of design but can get good quality cake. Realy felt very bad on the way London backers deals the same. When I called them they said we understand your concern and will rectify in my next order.

Also plz don't go through the fake good rating reviews and don't let this type of irresponsible shops to sustain anymore. These people openly making the people fool and should not happen to any other customers.
