1.Overpriced Food: The prices are exorbitant for what you get. For example, they charge ₹180 for biryani, while the same dish costs around ₹80-₹100 at local eateries. Similarly, a simple lime juice is priced at ₹30, which is outrageous for a regular, 2.non-premium hotel.Poor Hygiene: The hygiene standards are abysmal. The smell from the bathroom was so strong that it reached the dining area, making it extremely unpleasant to eat. The bathroom itself was in such a disgusting state that it was impossible to go near it.Service Quality: While I might overlook the overpriced and subpar food if the service was good, that wasn't the case here. The service was equally disappointing, adding to the overall negative experience.
Overall, this place fails on multiple fronts – from the overpriced and substandard food to the extremely poor hygiene and bad service. It seems like the staff and management don't prioritize cleanliness at all. Very, very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone..

I’ve some fond memories of the place when we used to dine here during weekends back in the ‘90s when I was a kid. There used to be only one outlet back then, now they’ve expanded and have a few more restaurants in the town.
Noorjehan was known for its Malabar chicken biryani just like Sapphire in Thrissur or Sagar in Calicut. Competition caught up and other outlets have bettered them today. The other downside is they don’t serve an egg in the biryani - other outlets do and this can be a turn-off for some of them.
We’ve been ordering online ever since covid struck so photos don’t really do justice. But the biryani still tastes good. Come on guys, serve an egg too! How...

Have a lot of memories in this particular location as i have been dining in this place for quite a long time(since high school ). I don't have much to say about the food, as it was upto my expectations and the service also felt decent BUT sad to say that the place seems to be completely ignored. The atmosphere felt moody and weary, plus the tables and chairs seemed to wobbling around . The staff seemed bored and the whole place had a sad vibe to it. I know these are not major dealbreakers as the only concerning aspect is the food but Noorjehan meant more than just food(at-least for me).
I believe i speak for a lot of foodies in the area when i say that this place is great but is majorly due for some...
