From the moment we walked in, it was evident that something was amiss. The restaurant was dimly lit, and the atmosphere lacked the warmth and welcoming ambiance we had expected. We brushed this off and proceeded to order our meals.

The first issue arose when we received our bills. To our shock, the amounts were significantly higher than what we had ordered. It became clear that Minttzzaa had charged us for items we never received. When we raised this concern with the waitstaff, we were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was as if our complaint was an inconvenience to them.

However, our experience with the service staff was not as pleasant. The blue shirt order staff seemed to be in a bad mood from the moment we arrived and was rather impolite throughout our meal. He barely acknowledged our presence and when he did speak to us, it was in a curt and dismissive tone. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him rather than valued customers.

Despite the service staff behavior, the food was actually quite good. We ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were well-prepared and delicious. Unfortunately, the poor service detracted from our overall enjoyment of the meal.

(Actually mistake me not, it’s not the waiters; it’s the service staff with the blue shirt and tucked in pants.) It's a shame that such a lovely restaurant would be let down by staff members who is clearly not suited to the job. I would kindly suggest the management to look into these folks and at the least train them to smile at their customers with a pleasing manner.
