Olive Roof Food Court — Restaurant in Kerala

Yesterday, my brother bought food from this hotel for patients admitted in the hospital. We ordered chapathi and egg roast. To be honest, the experience was very disappointing.

The chapathis were completely dry, hard, and not at all good to eat. Each chapathi cost ₹15, but the quality was far below expectations. The egg roast was priced at ₹100 for one portion, which is very expensive compared to the quantity provided. Even after buying two portions, it was not enough for more than one person. For patients, the food should have been soft, fresh, and of reasonable quality, but this was the exact opposite.

Later, I checked the reviews of this hotel online and noticed that many other people have also shared the same negative experience, especially about the poor food quality. This shows that it is not just a one-time issue, but a repeated problem.

I am writing this review so that others do not face the same disappointment or get cheated by paying high prices for such poor-quality food. In my opinion, it is better to avoid this hotel and choose a place where you actually get good food...

This institution never dining area was chaotic and lacked proper hygiene, making me question the overall management of the establishment. I went in for takeaway by around 13:30 today, and ordered one fish curry meals, 2 fish fry, 6 chappathi, one butter chicken and one chocolate shake and one bottle of water. Instead of chocolate they gave strawberry shake which they were ready to change but the fish fry and butter chicken which they gave was really old.
