Pai's Coffee House, located in Thuravoor along the Alappuzha-Kerala National Highway, is a small yet iconic eatery that has been serving delicious food for over 20 years. I had the opportunity to enjoy their famous "tattu dosa" paired with coconut chutney and sambar, and it was truly delightful. The dosa, made without any leavening agents, is a must-try for anyone seeking an authentic and flavorful vegetarian breakfast. Interestingly, just three shops away, they have another branch with a family dining section, making it convenient for families to enjoy a meal together. If you are looking for a vegetarian breakfast spot, I highly recommend Pai's Coffee House. This establishment is run by a Brahmin family, ensuring traditional preparation methods and a focus on vegetarian cuisine.

One of the best veg Brahmin restaurant in thuravoor, Apart from tea, the shop serves a delightful range of light snacks such as crispy parippu vada, vada ,bond , and freshly made rasavada, masala dosa and dosa's. The prices are affordable, making it a favorite hangout spot for students, workers, and tea lovers alike. The atmosphere is ok, often buzzing with casual conversations and laughter, giving it a homely feel that makes people want to return.

Dosa with chutney and sambar 😋 Having food from tjis hotel since my childhood. Their food tastes same as ever. Restaurant is tiny and have only limited seats. And there is no fancy dishes here. Traditional doas, vada, bonda, poori etc. A must visit hotel if you are passing by Thuravoor.

Hidden Gem for Tea, Dosa, and Vada Delights!

I recently stumbled upon a small tea shop tucked away in the heart of the Thuravoor town, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful surprise. This unassuming eatery specializes in dosas and vadas, offering a unique experience that truly captivated my taste buds.

The moment I stepped into the tea shop, the aroma of freshly brewed tea filled the air, instantly making me feel at home. The ambience was simple and cozy, with a few tables and chairs neatly arranged. The staff welcomed me warmly and guided me through their menu, which featured an impressive variety of dosas and vadas.

For starters, I couldn't resist trying their rasa vada. It arrived at my table piping hot and perfectly crispy on the outside, with a soft, flavorful interior. The accompanying rasam added an extra burst of taste, enhancing the overall experience. It was undoubtedly one of the best vadas I've ever had.

What impressed me the most about this tea shop was the attention to detail and the use of quality ingredients. It was evident that they took great pride in their craft. The tea, too, was a standout.

In addition to the fantastic food, the service was prompt and friendly. The staff members were knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings, making my visit all the more enjoyable.

If you're a fan of tea, dosas, and vadas, this small tea shop is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. I highly recommend...

During my recent visit, I stumbled upon an old tea shop situated alongside the bustling national highway. Enticed by its reputation, I ordered the set dosa with a side of flavorful sambar and chutney. The dosa was soft and fluffy on the inside, with a delightful crispiness on the edges. The accompaniments added an extra layer of richness to the dish. However, the highlight for me was the uzhunnu vada, an irresistible deep-fried snack that boasted a perfect crunch. Despite the constant flow of customers, the place managed to maintain its affordable prices, making it a wallet-friendly delight. The ambiance exuded a lively energy, with locals and travelers alike indulging in the tantalizing flavors. This hidden gem proved that exceptional taste doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag. If you're craving a delicious and budget-friendly South Indian meal, this tea shop is an...
