Pappa's Pizza — Restaurant in Kerala

Pappas Thiruvalla is a great place to eat food. They have pizzas, burgers, chicken and numerous other food items. I personally order the burgers here and I have to tell you that they are very good. The value for money is very good here, especially for the burgers. There is sufficient space to park since most of the time, the parking space is empty. They do deliver upto 5 kms from their store and they charge no fee for delivery. If you want to eat inside the store, there is some space for 10-20 people but not more. But don't worry, as I said, it is usually not crowded. The staff is very polite and does prepare the food fast and accordingly. The store is good if you want to eat inside but the ambience is not upto the mark. It is just like an ordinary KFC or McDonalds. Everything including food, service, cleaniness etc were excellant. One thing which I felt to be said in particular is about the guy who was there in the reception. He was working really hard, he was helping the chef, he took orders, he served food and everything. I even thought he might be the owner of that shop because he was that much sincere in his job. Really appreciate the effort he put in for this shop and I would like to tell the owner of this shop that you are really lucky to have such a good staff in your shop. Overall had a great experience. Today, I ordered a veggie Pizza from Pappas and boy, was I delighted. After my previous experience with a local Pizza joint, I have been avoiding buying from outlets that I have experienced in the past. I ordered a Tandoori Paneer Pizza and a veg burger. The Pizza was excellent and could compare with any of the international brands. I must complement the owners of this joint. Having said that, I must also state that I was a trifle disappointed with the burger. The bun was sweet which was unacceptable to me.
