We visited this place one evening for dinner and were totally appalled. The behaviour of the staff was as if they were doing the customers a favour by keeping this restaurant open. The place was completely empty, dirty and stuffy. When we asked about the AC seating area, the server blatantly lied they don't have it. When we pointed out the board showing AC seating, he simply said that is not open for anyone right now. Then we asked what was on the menu and what items were available. They didn't show any menu. The server simply called out to a fellow from the kitchen and asked him what was leftover from the day. The kitchen fellow named porotta and chicken curry and that was all. Food is tasty. service is average. waiter's behaviour is bad. he takes order and we can't ask twice for something. If you ask an extra appam/parotta, he will stare at you. first visit, we visited as a group of 8 people along with kids. i ordered for one extra egg curry after he took his order, his face become red and he asked me why dont you tell the requirement altogether. he don't know what is hospitality. I have visited twice, during my second visit as a group of 10, I actually needed a tea without sugar for one of them, because of that particular waiter, I was little worried to order for a sugarless tea. instead we took tea with sugar.
