One of the oldest hotels in kochi since 1926. From a small teashop, they have refurbished the place into a better seating restaurant.

Even though food quality has lowered compared to foregone years, the taste of food is ok.

Porotta, beef curry, savala vada and gravy are good in quality and quantity. Tea is ok.

Irachi choru, biriyani, Chinese cuisine etc are also available.

A seating capacity of 30 pax is possible. It is relatively a small restaurant.

Located at the busy pachalam junction, parking is not at all easy. No parking area is provided. Street side parking is possible.

There is a bit of rush in morning and noon hours.

Typical local restaurant with local food and dining. It's more like a street food joint which has been there since ages. Recently went there out of nostalgia after around 10 yrs and the shop changed but their service and things hasn't changed. Food quality will be a concern for people who really care about hygiene. Not a family place but a budget place for bachelors and students. A filling decent dinner can be finished within Rs. 100 if you are on budget and can go even lower if you are too tight.
