Read moreUzhunnu Vada(ഉഴുന്നു വട/Medhu Vada) super - it is super soft and crispy as well, got it hot in the morning. Lime tea is perfect, perfect combination of lime, tea leaf and sugar. Only 3 star because, i didn't like the front area, where they had dumped all the skinned chickens in the open(i the grill area) and the kitchen helper was cutting them, it will be atleast around 50 chickens, it is not hygienic to expose the skinned chickens onto the open, and that too on the chalakkudy main road; where all the vehicles pass by, all the carbon & polution will be absorbed by the raw meat exposed onto the open. I don't know how others would feel about this, but as for me; i found it unhygienic and sad too, because i am a vegetarian as well(but that's my personal affair) anyways its not just about hygiene; openly showcasing of skinned animals/birds/any living being; does not feel good. I am not criticizing the restaurant, i actually loved the Uzhunnu Vada and Lime Tea that i really enjoyed having. Its just the this issue came to my notice; as it was right in the front entrance, they could atleast consider doing any such raw meat cutting works inside their kitchen, where the general public would not see. All the pedestrians can see the openly luying skinned dead chickens. I think we have to respect the people that does not eat non vegetarian food, they might not be able to take it easily. Agian, this is my point of view. My best wishes to this restaurant. And i like the name too. "Paradise" sounds good. God...
Read moreOne of the best restaurant in Chalakudy. I ordered half alfam and quarter portion and porotta it was crispy and the chicken was worthy and very delicious. I personally suggest their alfam good food and good tasteNot excited about this place. Many people have told me that paradise is one of the best food spot in Chalakudy. But I never felt the same. But its always busy there. It might be because there are no good options in the nearby area. The number of staff is not enough. So there is a lot of unnecessary delay. Food was not tasty especially the porotta which they served me was horrible 🤢.It's one of the best restaurant in chalakudi , they have a plenty of options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian.I had chicken curry and dragon chicken form their for my lunch with rice. The food was great. They have a separate family friendly dinning area, that's a plus. Its a good restaurant. Food is good. My husband ate porotta with beaf fry. Porotta was not hot. I ate biriyani which i liked very much. Heavily crowded area. Restaurant is also crowded. Lot of space for dining. Google pay and card swiping are available. Restaurant is on 1 st floor. Ground floor is their bakery.quality of items served is excellent. Porotta is especially good and so is shawarma and al-faham. It is not the largest restaurant in size. But they do have an upper floor with a/c seating which is good for families. Covid 19 has made dining difficult. But they do serve all items as parcel or...
