Went to Pazhayidom a few times with high expectations, food is good, but some of the below factors noticed in these few visits were very disappointing - Washrooms stink - after a good meal, if you go to wash hands, the experience is washed out, a staff should be appointed to maintain intensely used washrooms In one of our visits, the staff was not interested in taking the order itself, after repeating the order 4 times, 4th time showing the items from the menu, we still got wrong items on the table. Investing in hygienic, professional staff is equally important to keep a good restaurant going Only maida items available in breads. Rotis are made out of maida, not wheat here. When we ordered the only wheat item chapati- it was inedible, oily,uncooked. Phulkas and wheat rotis are basic items that should be included

Overall : sadhya was average, dosa items and vada were excellent, north indian gravies were excellent but no suitable breads to go with. Will give poor rating for hygiene and staff. Cost was very reasonable, willing to pay more for better quality and service
