Poorly managed PH franchise. Excited when we saw Pizza Hut open in Pala while we are on vacation amd came back for a family lunch but disappointed due to the service and attitude of the staff, specifically one who didn't know how to charge the cheese on the garlic bread that comes with the meal deal. He was arguing and been arrogant since then for anything I asked. Regardless we spent a decent amount for a lunch, and everything came poorly made and served without plates. He brought the plates when asked, hot day asked for a cold bottle of water which I paid for, he didn't like it and snatched it from me like we are demanding a lot from him. The staff made every minute of the experience worst to the core. The owner has done a terrific job with the interior and a good building with limited but okay parking space in that particular area. I could count 5 staff to serve a slow location all seem taking breaks and I find people ring bells to find someone. Since it is spacious and enough dine in tables, they would've allowed table orders, 5 staff let alone is enough to cover but we were asked to place orders at the counter with a small Menu pasted on the table which is annoying as well. In a nutshell, the location should work on customer service, never had such a bad experience...

And a mezzanine floor with somewhat comfortable seats is a pretty good thing to have. However, the place is somewhat messy, and the tables typically remain unclean long after a customer leaves, which is not exactly a nice touch. In addition, Pizza Hut has this annoying habit (policy?) of having their wash-basin, hand-dryer and toilet within the same enclosure. Makes it tough on both - the customer only looking to wash their hands, and the one looking to use the bathroom. The food is like it would be in any other Pizza Hut - limited menu, but delicious. I do wish they would ditch Dr.Oetker's for their dips, however. Or at least offer other options. I don't care if Dr. Oetker's is a renowned brand, it sucks. The customer service is borderline atrocious. Most of the reps seem ill-trained, confused, and unsure of what they're doing. In particular, a representative here is quite sarcastic and rude. Overall, it doesn't give the impression of a very well-managed unit, as of March 2023... I wouldn't call it avoidable, just don't expect the best experience...
