My husband and I had a very bad experience at anns bakery today.Anns was a shop that I always went to for tea when I arrived in Pala. As always, we went there on our way from Ernakulam Paravur to Kanjirapalli.I lay down with my head on my husband's shoulder because I had a headache.We also prefer to sit next to each other rather than opposite. So we sat on the chairs next to each other.Then one of the staff, its a women there asked us to sit on the opposite chairs with a bad behavior .When asked what it was,they said that, didn't allowed to lay down in another persons shoulder.Do they mean morality? The tea shop handlers just give tea.Why interfere with the personal affairs or comfort of the customers who come there? It's very bad behavior. We didn't expected that and we also surprised for that y they came from 19th century.We will never go there again and will not...

This bakery has a great potential to rule the market in pala. But with over priced items and poor quality products they are loosing the opportunity. I went to have a coffee there and was given coffee that was not hot. When asked about this the guy at the counter said, the coffee machine is out of order. If the machine is out of order then serve hand made coffee🤷. Otherwise don't serve coffee untill the machine is repaired. That was a very bad experience.
