Plus Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

had been a cafe plus customer from a while because there is no other cafe near our academy. the customer service is the worst. the order placed was brought wrong multiple time and when we ask them to change it because of the wrong delivery the lady staff behaves so rude and harsh and asks to adjust. when cold food was asked to be heated so that its better the response was so bad. but over all the customer service and dealing is so bad.pls do change the team if you wanna run the cafe in long run.most of the customers come there because they have no other...

The quality of the food is very poor and costumer service was really bad. I had ordered for panipoor,i BBQ fries and lemon drink, and the experience was really exhausting and instead of bbq fries I got jst a fries... The ambience good bt who arw going to treat or something else for trying new things...

Such a great ambience and their food tastes good i don't see why there is such a bad review or maybe now they have changed. But overall I really enjoyed...
