Tavuk Restro — Restaurant in Kerala

One of my favourite shawarma spots in and around Kozhikode. I never had got any shawarma with the overpowering of any sauces or the shawarma being too soggy or juicy with sauces. I always got them with the correct amount of sauce, proper and fresh veggies and fries with comparatively bigger chunks of meat in them.

This place was recommended by one of my friends and it wasn't a bad recommendation. Also they have good rotisserie chicken or shawaya, served with grilled capsicum,onions and tomatoes with the dips like garlic paste, hummus and green chutney. They also have different other dishes in their menu but I usually end up ordering either their shawarma or the chicken shawaya.

Not worth the money.Have tried piri piri chicken,shavarma(normal,Turkish) on different occasions. Piri piri chicken has no piri piri masala..its just like normal grilled chicken..I think they are just selling the same thing under different names..Also,the quantity given is very less compared to the cost of dish..Even the kuboos they give is very thin and small when compared to kuboos given from other restaurants.
