My recent experience at Portico by The Manjal Food Joint left much to be desired, especially when it came to customer service. I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, the way I was treated by the staff completely overshadowed any enjoyment I might have had.

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff's attitude towards customers was less than welcoming. There was no warm greeting or even a simple acknowledgment of our presence. Instead, we were met with indifference and apathy, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the evening.

The lack of attentiveness was glaringly obvious throughout our entire meal. It took an eternity for a server to approach our table, and when they finally did, they seemed like they had better things to do. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to them rather than paying customers deserving of decent service.

When we tried to ask questions about the menu or request recommendations, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to assist us or provide any insight into their own dishes.

To make matters worse, our food took an absurdly long time to arrive, and when it did, it was clear that little care had been taken in its presentation. The dishes looked rushed and sloppily put together, which was a stark contrast to the prices they charged.
