A Disappointing Experience

I recently visited the restaurant with high hopes for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. The establishment in question provided us with the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

Upon entering the restaurant, we patiently waited for a waiter to attend to us. However, it took an astonishing 20 minutes for someone to finally approach our table and take our order. Our frustration grew when the waiter informed us that the dish we had specifically called and confirmed, the mandi, was unavailable. We had taken the initiative to call ahead and confirm its availability 20 minutes prior to our arrival, only to be told otherwise upon reaching the restaurant.

The lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff was disheartening. Not only did they make us wait excessively, but they also failed to honor their commitment to provide the dish we had specifically requested. It is essential for a restaurant's staff to know how to behave and treat customers with respect, but unfortunately, this was sorely lacking during our visit.

A restaurant's success hinges on its ability to deliver excellent customer service, which includes prompt attention to patrons and fulfilling their orders. Regrettably, this particular establishment failed miserably in both aspects. The extensive wait time coupled with the disappointment of being denied the dish we had been eagerly anticipating left us feeling thoroughly dissatisfied.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The combination of extremely poor customer service, the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff, and their failure to provide the dish we had confirmed beforehand created an unpleasant dining experience. Rahmaniya Restaurant is a great place for family dining. We visited during the afternoon, and while the parking near the roadside was a bit tight, the experience inside more than made up for it.

One of the highlights for families is the innovative table engagements for kids. They provided drawing materials, allowing children to create art right at the table.

I ordered their single biriyani, and it was a premium dish, rich in taste and flavor. The quality of the ingredients was evident.

The presentation of juices was also top-notch, and they tasted premium. It's a place where you can enjoy a great meal with your family, and the little extras make the experience even more enjoyable.
