I recently visited this royal thai restaurnt near punalaur hanging bridge , drawn in by its welcoming ambiance and convenient parking visible from the main road. The experience exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of the delightful arabic cuisine offered.I ordered their signature charcoal treat and grilled platter . The combination was a culinary delight, showcasing authentic arbic flavors at their finest.The restaurant's setting, with fine dine , added to the overall experience, providing a relaxed and airy atmosphere. The location's easy visibility from the main road and ample parking made it highly accessible, ensuring a stress-free visit.Service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. This is my first food review ever. I’m so upset right now with the food I ordered just now. I ordered one chicken Manchow soup, it’s my favourite soup and buy it all the time but it’s my first time ordering from Punalur. It’s a simple recipe I suppose, I’m not sure if you placed me a wrong order or if that’s how you prepare them in your restaurant, it was really bad and so very tangy. Please you have to change the recipe! I really do hope the owner or the manager or the soup chef could try the soup once and if possible...

WORST HOME DELIVERY The Restaurant and the food is good i have tried it lots of time... Only problem comes when you go for home delivery... THE DELIVERY GUYS ARE WORST... NO MANNERS AT ALL... RUDE... BAD WORDS.... ALL AVAILABLE FOR US WITH FOOD... THAT TOO... FREE... FREE... THE D-GUYS WILL DECIDE THE DELIVERY CHARGES.... NOT OWNER OR BILLING STAFF.....
