offers a mixed experience for diners. While the food quality is undeniably good, with dishes that stand out for their flavors and authentic taste, the service unfortunately doesn’t live up to the same standard. Many patrons report a noticeable lack of attention from the staff, which impacts the overall dining experience.
One of the main complaints is that the restaurant seems to prioritize new customers coming in over those already seated and dining. This can be frustrating for guests who feel ignored or undervalued once they have started their meal. Another common issue is the lack of basic amenities—such as a simple glass of water—that is often neglected or delayed, making guests feel overlooked.
Adding to this, the staff appears quite eager when it comes to presenting the bill, often rushing to complete transactions rather than ensuring guests are fully satisfied. This focus on speeding up the billing process can make diners feel hurried and add to the impression that customer satisfaction isn’t a top priority.
In summary, Samridhi Restaurant could improve its overall experience significantly by prioritizing attentive and respectful service to match the quality of its food. A few adjustments to the service approach could transform it from a restaurant with good food to one with a truly enjoyable...
Read moreI've recently visited Samridhi restaurant for lunch with my wife . I could say , undoubtedly it was one among the worst dining experiences I've ever had in my life. They serve people according to their will and huge orders first. My wife and I waited 20 minutes after the order and nobody was delivering the order. When I went to the billing area to ask about this, I saw people who came after us were served and they were half finished with their meals. Saying our fish was not ready that's why they were not serving the meals was a horrible excuse. Everything was bearable if the food was delicious . But it was below average and even Currys didn't have enough salt in it. Serving such meals at the cost of 80 rupees is not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for a happy...
Read moreAn unforgettable meal at Samrudhi Restaurant.
We visited Samrudhi today and were absolutely blown away by their Sadhya, it’s genuinely too good to be true. Every element was perfectly balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with a lot of love and attention to tradition. This is hands down one of the best Sadhyas we’ve had in a long time.
We also tried the Prawns Fry and Chicken Biriyani, both of which were delicious and well-cooked, but the Sadhya truly stole the show. It felt like a feast straight out of a festive Kerala home.
Great service, warm ambiance, and excellent food, highly recommended. (Sharing a few pictures and the bill for...
