Sree Saravana Bhavan — Restaurant in Kerala

This is by far the best vegetarian restaurant I've dined from in my entire 23 years of life. The food they served were unimaginably delicious and the staff were very attentive.

Parking: When you're driving and at a quick glance it might feel like there is no where to park infront of the restaurant, but you can enter the parking lot from the side of the restaurant. The parking lot is very spacious and there is always free space for you to park.

Staff & Service: Believe me when I say that the staff were attentive. They would refill your side dishes and curries the very second they run out! It was such a satisfying experience for me because I could finish all the sambar and chutney without the "curry is gonna end so I gotta call the waiter" anxiety.

Taste: Oh boy, this is what I liked most about this restaurant. Every dish we ordered were equally mouth wateringly delicious! We ordered Masala dosa, Ghee roast, Puri and Vada (Note-No, I didn't order all of these for myself... I went with family). After taking the first bite, all of us went "wow!" at the same time...it was quite funny in retrospect.

Con: The only negative thing I have to say about this restaurant is that they don't provide sambar with Puri although they provide it with Masala Dosa and Ghee Roast. We had to share the sambar with each other. So I humbly request the restaurant to also provide sambar with Puri if you can.

My final verdict: This is undoubtedly a 10/10 restaurant for me. If you ever visit this area and would like to have vegetarian food, this restaurant is your best bet. I guarantee you that you won't be...

I really had a bad experience at this restaurant on the evening of July 4th 2022. As I was their regular customer for a very long time, i didn't have to think twice on having dinner from there on my way back from the office because I am familiar with their tasty food. After I finished my dinner i paid the bill amt of Rs 320/- through Google pay (as I always do) and came outside the restaurant. Someone from inside came running behind me and told me that the payment didn't went through. I went inside to check on it but the older guy who was sitting at the billing was behaving very rudely and told me that "if you had paid the money, then it would have shown on my computer". I can understand that it may have been a network issue but they way he told me, felt really offensive...i stood there for just 2 - 3 minutes and payment went through..but not even an apology from them...just serving food won't do good enough but how to behave with the customer in a good manner is also really important...Very sad to say that me and my family won't be visiting...
