Having visited Supreme Experience multiple times, I can confidently say that it is a truly exceptional place to shop for groceries, bakery products, and snacks. This supermarket has certainly set the bar high when it comes to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience.

One of the first things that stand out is the immaculate organization and neat arrangement of the store. Everything is conveniently categorized, making it a breeze to find exactly what you need. Moreover, while Supreme Experience offers a variety of bakery products, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with their "Dream Cake." In my opinion, it lacked the authentic preparation and flavor that I was hoping for. Nonetheless, this is just a minor hiccup in an otherwise impeccable shopping experience.

This place is ridiculous. There's no discount on any product. Here's an example, I wanted to buy the TABASCO brand habanero sauce which MSRP is 450 rs , this store sells at exact MSRP(maybe 10rs off at max) and no discount, whereas on Amazon I get the same thing for way cheaper (279rs), even with vegetables, there no discount and priced out of this world, However you should mention their ridiculous collection of cheese's imported from all around the world ,the variety is good, but they don't play it smart like how a big chain supermarket should, they get it for extremely inflated retail prices , for example a truffle cheese cost 875 rupees for 150grams, which absolutely out of this world, (usually in places like Dubai, big chains like Carrefour import cheese as a wheel or a big size, portion it and sell for an affordable price) , cheese from this store is expensive especially the imported ones, even costlier than Dubai. Their handmade chocolates are really good, very high quality and proportionally expensive, will make a great gift. The patisserie items are anywhere from good to average, the croissant is not the best I've had , just average, but at least it's the only place that sells it in kollam, their red velvet chocolate cake is out of this world really luxurious and tasty, but again proportionately expensive(114rs for a small slice) But having a store like this in kollam is actually good, more people get exposed to international items, then again here's another problem, the staff over there are helpful, but they themselves don't know about the items they have in stock, especially the imported and exotic one's. I can't wait for their fine dining branch to open, the normal supreme all spice has gone way down in quality. Overall a great place to visit and splurge if you have the budget for it. I recently dined at Supreme Experienza in Kadappakkada and wanted to share my experience. We ordered the Norwegian Grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes and salad, along with two Kerala porotas.

Firstly, I must address the attitude of the staff. Initially, a tip-top man took our order and when we requested some hot water, he poured it from a height, causing water drops to jump out of the glass with an unpleasant sound. This kind of service was unexpected from a restaurant of this reputation.

After waiting for nearly 35 minutes, I started feeling frustrated. I made eye contact with the person who took our order twice, but nothing happened. Finally, another staff member came out with the food and served it politely. However, the real disappointment came when I started eating. The food was not well cooked, and the taste of the fish, especially, was odd. Despite the small portion, my friend and I managed to finish it quickly, but I couldn't help but feel frustrated with the overall experience.

Interestingly, in April, during Ramadan days, after breaking my fast, I visited their branch in Kuravankonam, TVPM, where we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was memorable. With that positive experience in mind, I visited this branch in Kadappakkada, only to have all my expectations shattered.

It was truly a terrifying experience.

To my surprise, the very next day, I received a call from a guy who introduced himself as the restaurant manager regarding the review I had left on the feedback paper. I told him to disregard the complaint about the staff attitude but kindly requested that they should pay more attention to the food quality. He mentioned that if I had informed them at the time, they could have replaced the food for me. Although I appreciate their follow-up.
