Cloud 9 The Restobar — Restaurant in Kerala

Our group of eight recently visited Cloud 9. While the ambience was passable, with some colorful lights adding to the rooftop space, it wasn't particularly impressive. The rooftop setting does offer bathroom access, but that’s about where the positives end.

The service was notably poor. There was only one person available to take orders, which resulted in an excessively long waiting time for even the most basic snacks. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge letdown. Most of the dishes lacked any discernible flavor, with the only exception being the chicken pepper dish, which was just okay. The vegetable curry was particularly concerning, as it seemed expired and was inedible.

Ambience is okay. Maybe because of trying to be the happening place, the lighting is not that cool. The color palette was not exactly exciting. Food is excellent Mocktails which I got were good. However not everything on menu is available. Disappointed with that. Some of their good dishes, which used to be there is no longer available. Am a teetoler hence no comments...

Nice place in kollam city to chill out with beer and good food .The place is so lovely as there are no other places like this currently in the city as it's a roof top restaurant with bar gives the feel of small resto bar with nice lighting and beautiful view must visit...
