Absolute disaster.

My experience at [TAJ HOTEL LAKKIDI] was an unmitigated disaster. The service was abysmal, with our server seemingly allergic to attentiveness. Orders were mixed up, requests were ignored, and the staff appeared utterly disinterested.

The food, if you could call it that, was a travesty.and presented with all the flair of a school cafeteria. I ordered [MANDI], which arrived looking like it had been sat out for hours. The flavors were dull and uninspired, and the portion size was laughable.

But the real kicker was the attitude of the management. When I politely expressed my disappointment, I was met with defensiveness and a dismissive tone. The offer of a complimentary dessert felt like a half-hearted attempt to placate me rather than a genuine gesture of goodwill.

Unless you're a glutton for punishment or just want to say you've been there, I'd strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this restaurant. The food is subpar, the service is worse, and the atmosphere is completely lacking. One star might...
