😡 Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Staff

I ordered a meal for home delivery from Thaff Restaurant Paravoor, Alappuzha. I specifically requested delivery after 2:00 PM.

When the meal had not arrived by 2:15 PM, I called the restaurant to follow up on my order. The staff member who answered the phone immediately became aggressive and shouted at me.

He completely misrepresented our initial conversation, loudly claiming that I had demanded that the delivery would only be sent after I called him. This was a complete lie and an attempt to shift blame.

The staff member was unprofessional, shouted at a customer, and grossly misbehaved. This unacceptable level of service ruined the experience. While I can't comment on the food, the appalling customer service I received makes me strongly advise others to reconsider ordering from here. The management needs to address this staff member's hostile behavior...

Its a good restaurant but not great .. I will tell you why ...We ordered food for 9 ppl and got it after 10 mins ...It is packed during evenings and special on weekends as it is on the highway ... Dont worry they have good parking space ...back to food ...We ordered veg and non veg dishes ... Parotas , chicken and gobi manchurians were good ...chicken roast was not that good ..Fried rice didnt have salt at all ..beef roast and paneer curry were ok ...the food was not expensive but as you can see it wasn't tht good too ... Overall the food experience was * OK * .. I liked the quantity though ..atleast they didnt compromise on quantity ... Oh one more thing, they need to have better wash and...
