23:25 hours. Banana Fry was too small in size. Conveyed the same to the bearer, while he acknowledged & said another chef had made this, hence it is smaller in size. I asked him to pack three, while he was willing to pack four for the price of 3, to compensate the small size. But, I still wanted to voice my disappointment to the person handling cash. His response was blunt. He said that this is the norm here & we have been selling this for the entire day. I disagreed & said this is not worth ₹10 per piece, since I have tried Banana Fry from other outlets, they were not too small or big, but this is not worth ₹10 per Fry. Moreover, I had tried the same (Banana Fry) from this same outlet & it was not this much small. The person in the cash counter was just saying "this is the norm here" and refused to reduce the price per Fry. Looks like the person handling cash, wearing tees (uniform) was not aware that the bearer had already offered me 4 Fry's for the price of 3. The in-charge was super adamant & didn't even had the basic courtesy of accepting their error, instead kept arguing with the customer, which is a sign of untrained & arrogant staff hence I walked out without purchase. Super bad experience & looting customers. Not willing to accept their error, hence Zero mark for...

Read moreGood food. Poor customer service. Staff have no respect towards customers. Making one wait is understandable. But after keeping customer waiting for more than 30 minutes, informing the customer that the ordered item is finished (I saw a person coming after me getting his order faster). Then the tried to sell me an item with higher price. I had to ask to cancel my order and ask them to return money (after 35-40 minutes of waiting for order). They were not willing to do that initially and asked me to explain why!?. Atlast they refunded.
Let me tell you, the food is good. I have take-out multiple times. Price is alright. But customer service is 0. I even saw there was a quarrel among employees (the one in counter and another one, a cook from kitchen). I would strictly avoid this place from now on. If owner is watching this space, please consider this otherwise you'll lose customers like...
