The tea room by Club Mahindra — Restaurant in Kerala

The staff does not care about the guests at all, on the app the property name shows as "Lake View Munnar" but when you select that location it takes to a hotel which is an hour away and not club mahindra. We reached there after a drive of 8 hours on bike just to cover one more hour. We called the resort and they dint bother to even apologise. The person at reception said you are at the wrong place, which clearly means that they already know that direct Google maps location is incorrect. We were on 🏍, the road we took then was very non motorable leading to our accident while ascending, we left the bike on the way and took a rickshaw to reach the hotel. My wife checked in, even though I was injured, went back to find the mechanic,the auto guy helped me to find one. Upset about zero communication, my wife went to complain at the desk, the receptionist heard everything, passed the message to the on duty manager. But he dint even care to come down and talk to us, leave alone apologise for anything. The place is so beautiful 😍 if only the staff would have been a lot more hospitable and communicative, probable we would have had a different experience. We were to check in at 1, we reached at 6pm, not a single call to check if we were doing okay, they knew we were coming from Mumbai. I am so disappointed that I can't even express. Thanks to Club Mahindra Munnar team for making this my worst vacation ever. I am here at the property till 23 Feb, let's see if this experience changes at all. Guest name:...

The food wasn't that good. Although they had a lot of options to choose from. The service was excellent and the ambiance was great with a great view. Would'nt recommend the food as it wasn't the quality we expected in a luxury resort like...
