Absolutely disgusting place. We were served Plain dosa with a COCKROACH in it. Upon questioning, the lady defended saying nobody does it deliberately. Wow! What an unapologetic and unacceptable way to respond. Admit your mistake in the first place. They simply deducted the cost of the roach infested dosa and that’s about it. Not that I would have paid for it anyway. But DISGUSTING behaviour from the staff. We said the person who ate this felt pukish. The lady mocked saying oh that is not possible, he didn’t eat the cockroach. If i had the time to pursue this I would have reported this place for hygiene and food safety. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value your health and don’t wish to waste your hard...

Finally felt like the people from Chettikulangara & Mavelikara region recived a quality veg restaurant, i mean it still keeps the quality in the dishes which i ordered. But the pricing was way too high, over priced to be frank, It's Not affordable to everyone and when it's crowded, There is a delay in the service. And someone who is not from here it is hard to find the hotel cause there was no sinage or billboard or advertising regarding the resturant

Lame cashier and staff. I went to the restaurant close to 8.30pm. I took the menu from the billing counter and casually started browsing their menu for a minute or two in front of the cashier and staff member. As soon i tried to place order for a dish they informed me that the kitchen was closed. For straight 2minutes the cashier and staff member did not feel the urge to convey the same when i took the menu infront of them or when i was going through it. Just by this you showed how customer centric you are....
